Responsible for the creation and management of various aspects of roadmaps and related artifacts, including business capability models, application inventory, technology topography and leveraging current systems. This instrumental role will involve creating solutions that meet the demands of the current business needs and planning for future involvement of the infrastructure. In order meet this goal this individual will need to be able to understand several different elements of the organizations business strategy, operating vision, business capabilities, and technology initiatives to make them all work cohesively.
Qualifications:
Identifying and defining specific business capabilities and requirements to create business value for the organization
Proven ability to identify common functions across disparate applications and create services to leverage across the entire application portfolio
Able to work with other architects to define how the proposed solutions and standards will fit into the overall enterprise architecture
Performing ongoing scanning of internal and external systems to identify current and emerging data movement patterns. Proven track record of effectively collaborating across many organizational areas to deliver initiatives on-time and on-budget
Researching, identifying, and recommending industry best practices for solving business problems
Education:
Relevant Bachelor’s degree or compensating experience
Over 15 years of experience in IT and 7-8 years specifically in architecture
Experience in the healthcare industry is a plus
Willingness to be part of fast paced organization traditionally use to change

Demonstrated design of reusable platforms and services
Able to handle the following:
Capacity constraints
Security & Compliance
Framing- and any solutions to possible problems
Data movement patterns
Maximize investment of current network (get rid of current systems and combine others)
Standardization and Procedures of how the architecture needs to be done going forward
Able to become an expert/SME architect for a group then take those suggestions to other peer architects to find an overall solution
